Harley's Stuff

Did you know I have lots of "stuff"?

This is my pouch. My Mom carries me around in this all the time. I like it because I can look up at her and she pets me all the time. I can feel her heart beating and sometimes it makes me sleepy.

This is my Mom's purse for me. She puts me inside and zips me up. It is my favorite "stuff" thing.
She lined it with fake fur and I love to nap it it. Today she took me to McDonald's and I sat in the floor next to her feet. My Mom takes me everywhere!

But, sometimes she can't...so my Mom puts me in this and I have to wait in the car.
I hate this thing!!

I yell really loud so she will come and take me out of this scary box. I get really mad at my Mom when she makes me stay in here.
But when she comes and gets me I still give her kisses.

Harley in Virginia

Hey everybody, it's me, Harley!

My parents took me to Virginia to see Emily. It was so much fun. I got to look for apartments for Emily in Charlottesville, Virginia. I was such a big help. My job was to make sure that Emily's new place was pet friendly. I was checking out this place in the picture, but decided it wasn't right. We went to lots of places and I like the place that gave me cold water from a cup to drink. The place was real fancy and it smelled really good. The new apartment has lots of room for my yard when I come to visit Emily. Emily said I could come any time I want. She loves me...but I love my Mom, sorry Emily. (but your fingernails are yummy to chew)

This is a picture of Emily holding
me at the outdoor cafe.
Charlottesville is dog friendly.
I saw lots of other dogs, and
they let me eat with my Mom, Dad, and Emily...right under the table. However, there was this really big dog that was right next to us. I woofed at him and told him that he better leave us alone...and he did. My Mom brought my food, but my Dad kept giving me potato chips from his plate. My Dad is pretty nice, huh? My Mom yelled at him and told him not to give me any more chips. Mom thinks that chips might make me sick...I guess Mom knows best, but they sure were yummy.

Isn't this a great picture? I wish you could see Emily's nails.

What a great vacation spot for me!

My red sweater, and fire hydrant

You won't believe what my Mom did today...she crocheted me a new red sweater. At first I didn't want her taking time from playing with me, so I grabbed her directions, then I grabbed her yarn. She just laughed, because she knew that I was jealous of the time she was crocheting. Finally, I got tired of grabbing stuff...and took a nap. She woke me up to try my new sweater on for size...and quess what? If fit perfectly! And to her surprise, I really liked it. It isn't itchy at all...if fact I don't even want to take it off. She is real proud of herself for making it for me, so the least I can do is wear it a while.

Remember, I said my Mom buys me everything. Well, she also got me a fire hydrant treat jar to put the treats she made me. Then she set it next to the "pad"she wants me to do my business on. Everytime I'm a good boy on the "pad" she lifts it open and I get a treat. She doesn't know it but I do my business more than I really have to so I can get more treast. Don't tell Mom that though. Well, I gotta go now, didn't get to finish my nap because of trying on my new sweater.

p.s. If you want to find me, I'll be at the fire hydrant.

Four Months Old

AWWWOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, I'm four months old today!

My Mom made me peanut butter doggy biscuits to celebrate....

She took me to town with her. I like to sit and watch my Mom drive the car. She pets me at all the stoplights. I love to go with her and ride in my carseat.

Happy Birthday to me, Harley!!!

Eastertime

Happy Easter,

Hey, It is me, Harley. I had fun at Easter. I got a new Easter Egg bandana.

My sister, Elly, came and gave me lots of kisses.

I have a basket full of toys.
But I like tissue paper, and toliet paper rolls the best.

I can't wait until the next holiday!

See you around,
Harley

Dr. James

I am 16 weeks old now. Dr. James said I weigh three pounds. Dr. James was nicer to me this time, because he didn't mess with my ears. He petted me a lot and told my Mom lots of good information so I won't have worms and fleas. Ick! I hope she listened because I don't want either one of those.

Check out my new Sweater

This is my new sweater. It is the first sweater I have ever had. My Mom says I need this so I won't shiver when I am outside in cold weather. I think it is a little itchy, but I look pretty good in it though. I think I like wearing it because I am warm.

Picture of some of my family

This is my Nanny. She thinks I'm funny. I like to stay at her house because she likes me. Wonder what that sign says...I can't read very well yet. These two are my parents. I kinda like my Mom the best...she holds me all the time.

Hana, my best dog friend

This is Hana, Elly's Boston Terror. I went to Calvert City to visit her. She is a wild women. I love to play with her. She smelled me all over. My Mom thought she was a little rough with me, but I thought she was fun to play with. I think I will get to play with her more when I get a little bigger. She like me!

My bathtime

How silly is this? My Mom said I need a terrycloth robe to wear after my bathtime to keep me from shivering. I don't like it very much, but if Mom says I need it then I guess I do.

My yard

This is the place that my Mom calls my yard. I stay in here when she has to go somewhere. She has put lots of new toys and new bed in my yard so I will like it better. She really knows how to decorate. You should come and see it now.

My best friend

This is my best friend, Annie. She is a big cat. Her Mom had an operation, so my Mom was letting her stay with us. She is lots of fun. She runs after me, then I run after her. She smells good...and I like to sniff her.

My new clothes

Hey, look at my new bandana. My Mom made me a bunch of different ones. I like this one because it is colorful. What do you think?

This is me, Harley Wells, at 13 weeks old. I'm a Schnoodle and I will be around five pounds when I am full-grown. Now I weight 2.8 pounds because Dr. James weighed me and told my Mom. Oh, by the way, that Dr. James is not a very nice man. He ripped the hair out of my ears and stuck things in me that really wasn't nice. I don't ever want to go back to see him again...but my Mom said he was a nice man. (I don't believe her,but don't tell her I said that.)

My new Mom

This is me, Harley, the black furry one in the picture...and my new Mom, Jill. Doesn't she look nice? She uses the positive training method. That means if I do something bad on the carpet she rolls up a newspaper and hits herself three times with it. I love the positive training method. I never get yelled out...only treats when I'm good...so I'm good a lot.

My New Kentucky Home

This is my first toy at my new house in Kentucky. My Mom, Jill, buys me anything I want.

I was sitting real still here. I was thinking about my brothers in Ohio, and I was thinking I have it really good now. I have lots of space to sleep, and my Mom is spoiling me. I get to sit in her lap and ride around in a pouch when she is doing the housework. For some reason she doesn't let me down on the beige carpet very much. Wonder Why?

My Family I left in Ohio

This is my brothers and me. I'm the one on the left. The other two are my brothers. I was the
first one to leave the litter and find a new home. I had a nice bed, but my brothers were pushing me out all the time. It was getting crowded in there. These are my parents. My mom is a Schnauzer. She is sitting in the chair. My dad is a poodle. He was kissing my mom, how embarrassing! My dad lives at another house and has visitation rights. That means he comes over and sees us, ever now and then.

My Mom said she was happy for me when they told me I was going to Kentucky. She just knew I would be a good boy. My Dad said, "See ya around". (Dad was never much for good-byes.)

Harley's first picture before coming to live in Kentucky.

Woof, this is me, Harley. I was born December 10, 2006 in Columbus, Ohio. My Mom said I couldn't stay with her anymore because it was getting crowded so they put this picture of me on the web and Jill saw it and wanted me. She emailed my people in Columbus and told them she had "puppy fever" and wanted to buy me. I cost a lot! ...but she wanted me because I was so cute.
